Problem: Pinterest’s Reports and Violations System is broken(?)

First noticed: June ~11th(?)

Pinterest is sending out e-mails to many people, saying that their images have violated some sort of rules. The interesting part is there are ‘violations’ being pinged but when you check them, nothing exists.
